Okay, so you may or may not have noticed the month-long delay in uploading anything. There's a REALLY good reason for this: too many extracurricular actives. One show was closing the last week or so of April, then I had auditions for a local show choir, chamber choir performances, two summer theatre auditions (made callbacks but I had schedule conflicts), AP exams, several big English papers, school choir auditions, helping school talent show participants with after-school music practice session, job interviews, random music lessons/performances, orientations, and many, many tests.

Anyway, this summer I'm doing tech for the community outdoor theatre (two musicals this year), there are a couple more auditions for some plays and stuff I'd like to do next fall, I'm working at the mall, and I'm also finding a place to take voice lessons from, since my last teacher moved. It's going to be much less stressful than these past two months, thankfully.

Unfortunately, even though this is my second-to-last week as a junior, I still have a lot of stuff going on at school. The classes that didn't have their senior finals last week are having them this week, and it turns out that I'm in a lot of these senior classes. So, I'll have to take two different finals in all my classes because all the teachers have officially decided that they hate non-seniors.

I'm really trying to write a lot, but I just don't have the time to do more than jot down ideas and scribble outlines. Trust me, though, I've got some great things floating around in my head right now. As usual for me, it's half fiction, half non-fiction.

Sorry for the long wait, and the rant, but I'm just a tad stressed right now. Two weeks from now, I'll be much more relaxed. Even with the tough college-prep and AP classes next year, I feel a bad case of senioritis coming on. Go class of '09! w00t!
